Just get in touch by phone, LINE, or email. We'll ask a few quick questions about your situation and guide you to the right service, free of charge.
-
Every service starts the same way: get in touch, and we come to you, wherever you live in Hua Hin, Cha-am, or Pranburi. From there, the exact steps depend on the service, from a single home visit to a fully accompanied file, you'll find the details on each service's own page.
-
No agency can guarantee that, and we won't claim otherwise. What we do guarantee is a complete, correct file and no missed deadlines.
-
Retirement visas (Non-O and O-A), Marriage visas (Non-O), Work visas (Non-B), Dependent visas (Non-O), and Tourist Visa Extensions.
-
If you are currently in Thailand on a tourist visa, we do not help you convert it into another visa type, such as marriage or work. This can only be done at the Immigration Bureau head office in Bangkok, outside the area we serve. Our service is for people who already hold one of the visa types listed above.
-
For the 90-Day Report and Notification of Residence, filing late means a fine, and it only gets more expensive the longer you wait.
For visa extensions, it's more serious: staying past your permitted date puts you in overstay, which can lead to a much larger fine and even affect your ability to stay in or return to Thailand.
In every case, it's best to get in touch before your deadline.
-
No, Chokdee Visa works door to door only. We come to you, wherever you live in Hua Hin, Cha-am, or Pranburi.
-
Yes. We only collect what's needed to help you, and we never sell or share it beyond what's required to carry out your service. You can read our full Privacy Policy for details.
-
That's exactly what we're here for. We'll check what you have, tell you exactly what's still missing, and guide you from there.
-
We speak Thai, English, and French.

-
The deposit for visa applications and extensions, and full payment for the 90-Day Report and Notification of Residence, are made by bank transfer, with details sent once your appointment is confirmed. This service is for new foreign homeowners only, whether your name is on a condo unit, or on a house or villa registered separately from the land it stands on.
If you rent your home, this particular service isn't for you, since this notification is your landlord's responsibility, not yours. Get in touch anyway if you're not sure who's responsible in your situation.
