When you contact us or use our services, we may collect: your name, your contact details (email or phone number, depending on how you reached us), your address, the service you asked for, and for visa services, your visa type together with its start and end dates, and the date of your next 90 day report.

We do not keep copies of your passport or other documents once your service is completed. They are used only for the time needed to carry out your request.

Why we collect it

We use your contact details and service dates to notify you before your visa expires or before your next 90 day report is due, and to carry out the service you asked us to handle.

Who we share it with

Your information is shared only with Thai immigration authorities, and only to carry out the service you asked us to handle. We never sell, rent, or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for 18 months after your last service with us. If you do not use our services again within that time, your information is deleted.

Security

We process your information because it's necessary to carry out the service you've asked us for. We keep your information secure, with access limited to those who need it to help you. Some of your information may be stored on secure servers located outside Thailand, operated by trusted service providers.

Your rights

If you would like to know what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, simply email us at chokdeevisacontact@gmail.com. You also have the right to ask us to restrict how we use your data, to object to its use, to withdraw any consent you've given us at any time, and to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. If you believe your rights under Thai law have not been respected, you can also file a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
