Notification Of Residence (Form TM30)
1,500 THB — We come to you, and handle everything from start to finish, in one visit
New homeowner in Thailand? By law, your address must be registered with immigration within 24 hours of moving in, whether it's a condo, a house, or a villa
This service is reserved for new foreign homeowners, whether you own a condo, a house, or a villa. If you rent your home, this notification is your landlord's responsibility, not yours.
Moving already means enough to handle: furniture, utilities, unpacking. This one step is easy to overlook, small on paper, but required by law within 24 hours. We take care of it for you, at your door, so your first days in your new home stay exactly that: yours.
What it is
The Notification of Residence, known as the TM30, is a legal requirement for any foreigner living in Thailand. As a homeowner, this responsibility falls on you directly, within 24 hours of moving in. It doesn't affect your ownership of your home or your visa status, it's simply an address confirmation, but immigration offices may ask for it later, when you file your 90 day report or renew your visa.
A legal deadline shouldn't get lost in the middle of a move
